Saudi Catering appoints two new board members

Saudi Airlines Catering Co. has appointed Raid Bin Ibrahim Sulaiman Al-Mudaihem and Abdullah Jameel Taibah as its newest board members, effective for the remaining term ending on Jan. 26, 2016, according to its statement to Tadawul.

Al-Mudaihem has replaced non-executive board member Basel Mohamed Al Ghadhib, who resigned due to personal reasons. Meanwhile, Taibah, an independent board member, has replaced Yousef Ben Abdulsattar Al-Maimani, who submitted his resignation in February.

The company said the reshuffle was decided upon in its board meeting held on Tuesday, based on a recommendation from the nomination and remuneration committee.
