Al Khaleej Training gets SAR 65 mln from building sale

Al Khaleej Training and Education Co. has received the remaining SAR 65 million from its sale of an administrative building to Manafea Holding Co., the IT training company said in a statement to Tadawul on Monday.

Argaam reported in October that Al Khaleej had sold a 4,360 square meter administrative building in Riyadh's Al Ghadir area to Manafea Holding for SAR 75 million. It received SAR 10 million upon singing the contract, while the remainder was scheduled to be paid upon delivering the property.
