Saudi Cable Co delays assembly on lack of quorum

Saudi Cable Company has cancelled its general assembly meeting, which was scheduled on Tuesday, due to lack of quorum, it said in a filing to Tadawul.

 

The company plans to push the meeting back to a later date and will invite shareholders after obtaining regulatory approvals.

 

The cables manufacturer reported a net loss of SAR 7.9 million for first quarter this year, 81 percent lower losses compared to the same period in 2014, according to data compiled by Argaam.
