Sadara Basic Services OKs 2014 statements, appoints new auditor

Shareholders of Sadara Basic Services Co. (SBSC) approved on Wednesday annual accounts, a board of directors’ report, an audit report, and all financial statements for 2014, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The decision came during a vote held during the company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM). Shareholders were said to have discharged board members from liability associated with their activities last year.
