Al-Akaria says it owns only 5.6% of land bought in Riyadh

Saudi Real Estate Company (Al-Akaria) has paid SAR 100 million for its 250,000 square meters plot of land bought in Riyadh under an agreement with Alinma Investment, the company said in a follow-up clarification statement on Tuesday.

 

On Monday, the real estate developer said it had signed a contract with Alinma Investment to buy 4.5 million square meters of land worth SAR 1.8 billion north of Riyadh, at SAR 400 per square meter.
