Al Jouf appoints new board chairman after Prince Khaled resigns

Al Jouf Cement Company said that Prince Khaled Bin Fahd has resigned from both his positions as chairman of the board of directors and board member for personal reasons, effective since July 14.

 

The cement maker appointed Mohammed Al Attiyah as a board chairman for the remaining period of the current session, which ends on August 5, 2017.

 

Al Attiyah has a bachelor’s degree in agriculture from King Saud University in Riyadh. He held several managerial positions and served as a board member for a number of Saudi companies, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
