Jabal Omar awards RCC SAR 1.6 bln contract

Jabal Omar Development Co., on Wednesday, said it has awarded Ruwad Civil Construction Co. (RCC) a SAR 1.6 billion deal to execute the fifth phase of the expansion of the Jabal Omar area of Makkah.

 

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that the 44-month deal starts from the day of the contract signing, and covers sectors S6-S7-S8, including the development of three podiums, five hotel towers and a construction area.

 

The financial impact of the deal and the financing methods will be announced later, the company said.
