SGS board members resign over ‘conflict of interest’

Saudi Ground Services Co. (SGS) said on Monday that two of its board members who hold key positions at Al Tayyar Travel Group submitted their resignations over a “conflict of interest.”

Rashid Bin Abdullah Almuqait, an independent board member at SGS, tendered his resignation, effective August 9. He also serves as executive vice president for business development at Al Tayyar Travel Group.

Yusuf Bin Abdul Kader Attia, a non-executive director at SGS and an employee at Al Tayyar Travel Group, also tendered his resignation
