Dur Hospitality sets up new firm to support real estate services

Dur Hospitality Co. and its subsidiary Joud Al Alyaa Co. have formed a new company which specializes in real estate support, logistics and IT services.

 

The new firm, which is 99 percent owned by Dur, has SAR 100,000 in capital and will be financed from the Riyadh-based company’s resources, it said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Dur owns 99 percent of Joud Al Alyaa, which provides support and maintenance services.
