Saudi Paper Manufacturing Company (SPMC) has appointed Adel bin Abdelsamad Ezzat as its new chief executive officer, replacing Abdul Rahman AlOtaibi, as of Aug. 23.
The decision came during the company’s board meeting held today on Monday.
Ezzat holds a Ph.D. in marketing from Paris University, as well as a master’s degree in business administration from UK Manchester University. He has 20 years of experience in the fields of marketing, business administration, and development.
He has also held several high-ranking positions in various companies, SPMC said in its statement to the Saudi bourse.
