Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) said it has leased 22 planes to increase its capacity by 8,600 seats for the Haj period, the state news agency has reported.
The company expects to transport 743,500 passengers on 1,961 flights through Jeddah and Madinah airports. This would include 53,500 passengers on domestic flights and 690,100 passengers from the 70 destinations it operates overseas, it said.
