National Agriculture Development Co. (Nadec) has been fined by Saudi Arabia’s commerce ministry for what it dubbed “commercial fraud” after the company was found to be selling dairy products, yogurt, and juices with false production dates.
The ministry published the news in two local papers after investigating the matter.
