Saudi Basic Industries Corp (SABIC) has lowered local urea prices to SAR 949 per ton for December, marking a month-on-month cut of SAR 56 per ton.
The kingdom’s largest petrochemicals producer has also kept the price of December Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) unchanged at SAR 2,130 per ton for the 26th consecutive month.
SABIC produces urea and DAP through several of its affiliates, including Tadawul-listed Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Co. (SAFCO), Ibn Al-Baytar, and Al Jubail Fertilizer Company (Al Bayroni).
