Al-Akaria’s board appoints Al-Mofadhi as chairman

Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al-Akaria) appointed on Sunday Abdul Rahman Al-Mofadhi as chairman of the company’s board of directors.

 

The board also elected members to its audit, remuneration and nomination committees, the developer said in a statement to Tadawul.
