SAPTCO inks SAR 235 mln deal to buy 200 Mercedes-Benz buses

Saudi Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO) has signed an agreement to purchase 200 2017 Mercedes-Benz buses at a total value of SAR 235 million, the company said in a statement.

 

The deal will include technical maintenance, and the relevant financial impact will be reflected starting from Q4-2016.

 

The first batch of 100 buses will be delivered in August 2016, followed by the delivery of the other 100 buses by Q1-2017.

 

The statement added that SAPTCO would later determine and disclose how the deal will be financed.
