The National Medical Care Co.’s (Care) board of directors has approved the company’s five-year strategic plan till 2020 which will see the company improve financial efficiencies and expand operations in Makkah and Al Madina.
The new strategy will involve also involve changes in operating performance, human resources and the organizational structure, the health services provider said in a statement on Tadawul.
Care will seek to boost operating efficiency by offering high-quality services and which is expected to have a financial impact in 2016.
The company had posted a net profit of SAR 35.2 million during Q4-2015, a 243 percent increase YoY, driven by higher medical services income and lower general and administrative expenses.
