Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development (Al Hokair Group) said in an annual report that it's planning to expand its hotel and entertainment portfolios this year.

Al Hokair will rebrand its four-star Tulip Inn Yanbu Hotel as Novotel. Related financial impact will reflect on H1-2016 results.

Construction at Al Hokair's four-star Park Inn Al-Jubail Hotel is set to start during the first half of this year, but financial impact of the project will reflect on H1-2018 results.

The group is also planning to launch several indoor family entertainment centers, along with other independent parks. It expects to launch its Sparky's entertainment centers in Dammam, Riyadh, Hail and Jeddah this year. The venues were previously scheduled to open in 2015, but were delayed.
