The Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) board of commissioners approved a request by the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) to appoint Khalid Abdullah Al Hussan as its chief executive officer, effective from March 21, the kingdom’s market regulator said in a statement on Tuesday.
Al Hussan has served as the bourse’s acting chief executive since November 12, 2015, following the resignation of Adel Saleh Al Ghamdi from the position.
Al Hussan had held several positions at Tadawul in trading, post-trade, and market data.
