Yanbu National Petrochemical Co.’s (Yansab) general assembly meeting on Thursday approved a 10 percent cash dividend at SAR 1 per share for the second half of 2015.
Shareholders also approved all other items on the agenda, including the financial statements, Yansab said in a statement to the Tadawul on Sunday.
