Al Hokair Group opens Rabwah entertainment center in Riyadh

Abdulmohsen Al Hokair Group for Tourism and Development Co. has opened Al Hokair complex for sports and entertainment in Rabwah District in Riyadh, the Saudi company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The complex, which extends on 21,340 square meters, includes three entertainment centers, in addition to rented commercial shops and restaurants.

 

The relevant financial impact will be reflected on earnings of H1 2016.

 

Last week, the Saudi company agreed to pay shareholders a 12.5 percent cash dividend (SAR 1.25 per share) for fiscal year 2015. The company also gave its board the go-ahead to plan quarterly dividends for 2016, data compiled by Argaam showed.
