First Saudi Contracting wins contract for Riyadh’s Ramla Tower

Local developer Naif Saleh Al-Rajhi Investment has awarded the main construction contract for Riyadh’s Ramla Tower to First Saudi Contracting, MEED reported.

 

The $160 million (SAR 600 million) residential tower will hold 40 floors and reach a height of 150 meters. The 30-month contract includes a car park, gym, utilities, and all other related facilities.

 

Work on the tower has already started, according to Naif Al-Rajhi.
