Bank Aljazira to resubmit capital hike request

Bank Aljazira has said it will resubmit its capital raise request by way of rights issue to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the bank said in a statement.

 

The bank has already appointed NCB Capital as a financial adviser for its upcoming SAR 3 billion rights issue.

 

Last July, Aljazira’s board submitted a proposal for the capital increase, but later withdrew it in December due to market conditions, Argaam reported.
