Dubai-listed courier operator Aramex on Sunday said that its founder and vice-chairman Fadi Ghandour has sold all his shares in Levant Logistics Holdings to Boson Ventures Corporation, a company based in the Cayman Islands.
Levant Logistics owns 144,945,900 shares in Aramex representing 9.9 percent ownership, Aramex said in a statement to Dubai Financial Market.
Last week, Ghandour was reported to have sold his 9.9 percent stake in Aramex to GCC investors, including Emaar Properties chairman Mohamed Alabbar.
