Al Akaria says final phase of Riyadh project delivered

Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) said in a bourse statement on Monday that all units under the final phase of its Diplomatic Quarter residential project in Riyadh have been delivered.

 

The company has recently received the last 70 villas out of the total 295 units included in the project.

 

The developer added that it’s currently completing the procedures required by Arriyadh Development Authority (ADA) to start leasing the units.

 

The project was awarded in July 2014 to local contractors at a total value of SAR 280 million, according to the data available on Argaam.
