Mohammad Al Mojil Group (MMG) was on Tuesday ordered by the Dammam court to pay a total of SAR 742.5 million pertaining to legal claims brought against the company.
A total of 39 decisions were issued, while other claims are still being considered by the court, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul.
MMG added that all claims and judgements, which were filed against the former board of directors, will have no impact on the company’s financial results.
