Hyundai E&C wins $735 mln contract to build Saudi gas plant

South Korea’s Hyundai Engineering & Construction has reportedly won a $735 million (SAR 2.7 billion) deal to build a gas plant in Saudi Arabia, Yonhap News Agency reported, citing a company statement.

 

The contract calls for Hyundai E&C to build the gas processing plant in Uthmaniyah, which is about 325 kilometers east of Riyadh, it was reported.

 

The planned facility is set to have a daily processing capacity of 1.4 billion standard cubic feet.
