Saudi regulator approves name amendment of J.P. Morgan Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority has approved a request by J.P. Morgan Saudi Arabia Limited to amend its name to J.P. Morgan Saudi Arabia.

 

J.P. Morgan is the only U.S.-headquartered financial institution with two operating licenses in Saudi Arabia, according to the financial group’s website.

 

JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA has a banking license and is regulated by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, while JPMorgan Saudi Arabia holds a securities license and is regulated by the Capital Market Authority
