Aloft opens new hotel in Saudi Eastern Province

Aloft Hotels, owned by Marriott International, opened a new hotel in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

Aloft Dhahran hotel, which includes 262 rooms, is located in the Eastern region and is owned by FAS Hotels, a division of Fawaz Al Hokair group.

 

The Dhahran opening marks Aloft’s second hotel in the country, after Aloft Riyadh which was launched last September and the third for the brand in the Middle East.

 

Aloft is part of New York-listed Starwood Hotels & Resorts group.

 

Last April, Starwood announced plans to open five hotels this year in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
