Saudi Basic Industries Corp. (SABIC) has raised local urea prices by SAR 94 to SAR 855 per ton in December.
Meanwhile, the kingdom’s largest petrochemicals producer maintained the prices for diammonium phosphate (DAP) fertilizer at SAR 1,875 per ton, unchanged for the fourth month in a row.
SABIC produces urea and DAP through several of its affiliates, including Tadawul-listed Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Co. (SAFCO), Ibn Al-Baytar, and Al Jubail Fertilizer Co. (Al Bayroni).
