Asas Universal inks deal to operate Ras Al Khair’s communications, power systems

Asas Universal Co. Ltd. has inked a contract with Jubail and Yanbu Royal Commission to operate and maintain Ras Al Khair Industrial City’s communication and electricity systems.

 

The contract is valued at over SAR 21 million, the official state news agency said in a statement.

 

Asas Universal will handle the operations and maintenance of facilities and equipment related to electrical systems and telecommunications in the industrial city.

 

The commission plans to implement the developmental work for utilities and infrastructure in the city, and will also work towards boosting the region’s mining industry.

 

Riyadh-based Asas operates in the field of maintenance, operation, training, as well as contracting and general trading.
