Late Sheikh Saleh Al-Rajhi’s estate will be auctioned in February, El Eqtesadiah newspaper reported, citing sources.

The auction includes 400,000 square meters of land, east of Riyadh, a commercial and residential tower, and another investment property on Olya Road in Riyadh.

In March, several high-yielding properties in the commercial district in Riyadh and other key locations in the kingdom will also be auctioned.

Sheikh Saleh, one of the founders of leading lender Al Rajhi Bank, passed away in February 2011.
