Airbus has agreed to sell over 60 A320neo narrow body jets to Saudi Arabia’s budget airlines Flynas, Reuters reported, citing unidentified industry sources.
The value of the 60 jets would be around $6.4 billion at list prices, and the agreement included an option of buying up to 100 jets, Reuters added. The final price might be different, as sellers could grant discounts.
Flynas, which first turned a profit in 2015, has been negotiating an order for at least 60 narrow body jets with Airbus and Boeing since April 2016.
