The Saudi Stock Exchange’s (Tadawul) board of directors was restructured for the next three-year term under a cabinet decree issued on Monday, the state-owned Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
Abdulaziz Saleh Al-Furaih and Abdulrahman Al Mofadhi were reelected as board members, representing the central bank, Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA), and the finance ministry, respectively.
Suhail Abanmi was appointed as a representative of the ministry of commerce and investment.
Sarah Al-Suhaimi, Tariq Al Sudairy, Ali Al Gwaiz, Abdulaziz Hassan were also appointed as representatives of authorized brokerage firms.
Khalid Biyari and Rayan Fayez were elected as representatives of listed joint stock companies.
