Saudi Airlines Catering seals SAR 3.7 mln deal with Saudia

Saudi Airlines Catering Company and Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) have signed an agreement to allow Saudia passengers into the Welcome Lounge of Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz International Airport, the catering company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The one-year contract has an estimated value of SAR 3.7 million, and is still pending approval of the catering company’s general assembly.

 

Saudi Catering expects the contract to contribute to its sustainability and enhance cash flows, and to have a positive impact on its results in Q1 2017.

 

Saudia is one of the catering company’s major shareholders and a related party.
