SACO invites nominations to board of directors

Saudi Company for Hardware (SACO) has invited nominations from eligible shareholders to membership on the board of directors.

 

Nominations will be open from March 15 to April 13, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Tuesday.

 

Elected members will hold the post for the new three-year term starting July 20, 2017.

 

Candidates must submit their applications according to the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) laws and regulations, the statement said.
