Tihama files claim against former board members

Tihama Advertising & Public Relations Co. has filed a legal claim against a number of its former board members at the Board of Grievances in Riyadh, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse on Tuesday.

 

Board members involved in the complaint are: Badr bin Fahd Al-Dawoud, Dawoud bin Fahd Al-Dawoud, Ibrahim bin Fahd Al-Dawoud, Salah bin Abdelaziz al-Rajhi, Naser bin Saleh al Sorami, Khalil bin Ibrahim Al-Raquiba, and AbdulAziz bin Saleh al-Mozaini. 

 

Tihama’s shareholders approved filing the claim in December. The company did not specify the reason behind the case.
