23/03/2017 Argaam

Saudi Arabia's National Petrochemical Industrial Co. (NATPET), a subsidiary of Alujain Corp, will halt operations at its polypropylene plant in April for scheduled maintenance, ICIS reported Thursday, citing unnamed industry sources.

The shutdown will last for nearly 30 days.

The plant operates with a production capacity of 400,000 tons annually, Argaam earlier reported.

Tadawul-listed Alujain owns a 57.4 percent stake in NATPET.
