Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Trade and Investment has ordered joint stock companies to complete the procedures required for amending their articles of incorporation in compliance with the new corporate law no later than April 22.
All companies can use the ministry’s e-portal aamal.sa to make the required amendments, state-owned Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Sunday, citing a ministry statement.
The new portal was launched by the ministry as part of its efforts to facilitate establishment of new firms and simplify the related procedures.
