SABIC gets cabinet’s nod on appointing board members by general assembly

Saudi Arabia’s cabinet on Monday approved the appointment of government representatives to Saudi Basic Industries Corp.’s (SABIC) board--including the chairman and the vice chairman--through the general assembly as per the companies’ law.

 

The company’s statute would be amended accordingly, Saudi Press Agnecy (SPA) reported.
