Following its capital increase, Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) has sold 1,251 fractional shares at SAR 12.63 per share for a total of SAR 15,800, and deposited the funds today in the shareholders’ accounts, the bank said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday.

On April 17, SAIB’s extraordinary general assembly approved increasing capital to SAR 7.5 billion from SAR 7 billion by issuing one bonus share for every 14 shares held, Argaam reported earlier.
