SARCO’s claim against ASCO to be considered Aug. 2

Saudi Arabia Refineries Co. (SARCO) said its claim against Arabian Sulfonates Co. (ASCO) and another lawsuit filed by ASCO shareholder Mohammed Qusai Asaad against SARCO, will be discussed before court on Aug. 2, 2017.

 

SARCO had filed a claim to liquidate its 34 percent-owned affiliate ASCO, due to major financial losses that exceeded 50 percent of ASCO’s capital.
