Dubai’s DXB Entertainments CEO to head new entity

DXB Entertainments chief executive Raed Kajoor Al Nuaimi has been appointed CEO of a new entity to lead a development group that will manage multi-billion dollar projects across Dubai Holding and Meraas Holding, chairman of the Dubai-listed theme park developer Abdulla Al Habbai said in a statement on Monday.

 

Habbai is also the chairman for Meraas and Dubai Holding.

 

Nuaimi will continue as the CEO of DXB Entertainments until a new chief executive is appointed, the statement said.

 

"He will thereafter continue as a senior executive with the company, in the role of managing and executive member of the board of directors,” it added.

 

Meraas holds a 52.29 percent stake in DXB Entertainments, according to Dubai Financial Market data.
