Raydan appoints two independent board members

Raydan Restaurants and Cuisines Co. approved on May 25 appointing Mahmoud Mansour Abdul Ghaffar and Ahmed Omar Al-Mansi as independent board directors, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Tuesday.

 

The new appointments will be approved in the upcoming general assembly meeting.

 

Abdul Ghaffar has earlier served as chief of corporate affairs at Savola Group.

 

Meanwhile, Al-Mansi was formerly the executive director of marketing and development at Panda, a subsidiary of Savola.
