Alinma Tokio Marine to deposit fractional share proceeds July 10

Alinma Tokio Marine Co. will deposit the proceeds of fractional shares into shareholders’ accounts as of July 10, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday.

 

The insurer sold 15,912 shares on May 21 for a total amount of SAR 426,369 at SAR 26.8 per share.

 

The general assembly on May 10 approved a 33.33 percent capital reduction to SAR 300 million from SAR 450 million, to offset accumulated losses.
