Herfy Foods to deposit fractional shares on June 21

Herfy Foods Services Co. (Herfy Foods) on June 11 sold 5,160 fractional shares at SAR 56.2 per share, for a total of SAR 290,176, following its capital increase.

Al Rajhi Bank will deposit the funds in shareholders’ accounts on June 21, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday.

Herfy Foods’ shareholders approved last month a 40 percent capital hike to SAR 646.8 million from SAR 462 million through the issue of two bonus share for every five shares held.
