Saudi Cable to publish delayed financials in 3 months

Saudi Cable Co. said the release of audited financial results for the first quarter of 2017 will be delayed, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The delay is a result of not being able to publish its financial statements for the fiscal period ending Dec. 31, 2016.  The company expects to publish financials within 12 weeks from June 18.

 

In separate statements, the cable producer also announced its inability to publish financials for fiscal year 2016 and Q4 2016, pending the external auditor’s approval.

 

The company expects to publish FY 2016 and Q4 2016 results in 10 weeks from June 18.
