Nama Chemicals sells fractional shares

Nama Chemicals Co. has completed the sale of 8,968 fractional shares at the rate of SAR 15.83 a share, for a total value of SAR 141,922, the company said in a statement to Saudi bourse, Tadawul.

 

The sale proceeds will be deposited in shareholders’ portfolios as of Thursday, June 22, 2017.

 

On May 11, the company’s extraordinary general assembly approved an 81.7 percent capital cut (one share for every 1.224 outstanding shares) to SAR 235.2 million from SAR 1.3 billion, data compiled by Argaam showed.
