Three Tadawul-listed companies have been reclassified based on the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS), effective immediately, the Saudi Stock Exchange said in a statement.
National Industrialization Co. (TASNEE) has been reclassified from Capital Goods to Materials, while Saudi Industrial Services Co. (SISCO) has been reclassified from Capital Goods to Transportation.
Saudi Chemical Co. (Chemical) has been reclassified from Materials to Health Care Equipment and Services.
Elsewhere, the bourse has included AlBaha Investment and Development Co.; Jadwa REIT Al Haramain Fund; and Taleem REIT Fund on the benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI).
As of today, the number of free-float shares for all companies has also been revised for Q2 2017, and will be used in the calculation of TASI, Industrial Group indices, and Nomu Parallel Market Index, Tadawul said in a separate statement.
