MetLife AIG ANB Cooperative Insurance Co. has appointed Abdullah Al-Kenani as an independent member to the board of directors, with immediate effect, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Monday.
The appointment was approved by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA), the Kingdom's central bank and insurance market regulator but will be subject to approval of the upcoming general assembly meeting.
