Saudi soldier shot dead, another injured in Qatif

A Saudi border guard was killed and another was injured when their patrol vehicle came under fire in Qatif on Thursday, the country’s interior ministry spokesman said in a statement.

 

The soldiers— Mohammed Hazazi and Khalid Hakami— were supporting a border patrol unit at Al Ramis coast when they were attacked by unknown assailants.
